As Long As I Have Music

Music has the power to inspire, heal, and unite—and this August, the Tygerberg City Choir invites you to experience that power firsthand at our 2025 Gala Concert, “As Long As I Have Music.”

Set against the reflective mood of the late winter season, this concert promises an afternoon of beautifully curated choral works that celebrate the enduring gift of song. From beloved classics to moving new arrangements, this performance honours the role music plays in all our lives—through joy, through sorrow, and in quiet moments of hope.

Two Dates, Two Venues
We are pleased to offer two concert opportunities for our audience:

• Sunday, 3 August 2025 at the Dutch Reformed Church De Tyger, Hannes Louw Street, Parow North
• Sunday, 17 August 2025 at the Dutch Reformed Church Suider-Strand, Pienaar Street, Strand
  Both concerts begin at 16:00.
