Tygerberg City Choir concert in Kuilsriver
As part of their community involvement, the choir will perform a variety concert
in aid of the AFM Care Village, Kuils River on Sunday 15 September at 15.00 in the DR Church ( Moedergemeente) Van Riebeeck Road, Kuils River.

The choir has a passion for the senior members of the community and aims to have at least two concerts a year at retirement villages.

Peter Roux is the musical director of the choir and will conduct the performance. The program will consist of a variety of music including religious and secular songs. Some of the items that were performed at their very successful Cabaret show in July, will also be included in the program.

Teneal Meaker, a talented soprano, and currently a music student at the University of Stellenbosch will also take part in the program.

WAC (Win A Composition) – November 2017

Tygerberg City Choir took part in this international Video-Competition for Mixed Choirs. The choir took part in the Jury Prize Category – Medium difficulty and performed the song “God has Commanded All His Angels” under the baton of Linda Claassen.
